Emails from Grouply
Grouply helps you manage the activity across your various groups. We may receive up to three different types of email from Grouply. The first type are emails related to the Grouply service itself. These emails (e.g., Grouply Smart Digestâ„¢, individual group messages, friend requests, notifications, alerts) help you track activity across your groups and friends. You can subscribe to and personalize these emails on your personal Settings page in Grouply.
The second type are newsletters or announcements that include new feature descriptions, best practices, success stories, and other information about Grouply that we think you might find useful. You have the opportunity to opt-out of receiving these emails.
The third type are individual communications such as administrative messages or support request replies that are considered part of your Grouply account membership. We do not offer you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving these emails.
Grouply does not send emails to promote third-party products or services.
Invite to Grouply
If you choose to use our referral service to tell friends or others about our site, we may ask you for your friend’s email address, and we will automatically send your friend one email and one follow-up reminder inviting him or her to visit the site. Grouply stores this information for the sole purpose of sending these emails. Your friend may contact us at support@grouply.com to request that we remove this information from our database.
Invitation Opt-Out
Invitations to Grouply include an “unsubscribe” link that the recipient can click in order to add his or her email address to our Do Not Send list. Grouply prevents invitations from being sent to addresses on the Do Not Send list. The first and last name you submitted on your personal profile may be available to other Grouply users on the Grouply Web site. There you can delete your first and last name completely or you can indicate that only your first name and last initial should be displayed to other Grouply users.
We will also post user testimonials on the web site. Before we post these testimonials we receive consent to do so from the individual who provided them.
